- Distilled Water
Procedure:
- Combine the cucumber, celery sticks, spinach leaves, lettuce leaves, parsley and alfalfa sprouts in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add distilled water to dilute the thickness of the juice.

- Juice of a lemon
- Bragg liquid aminos

- Add in the spring onions, pepper, cucumber, spinach leaves, garlic clove and lemon juice
- Blend until smooth

Ingredients:
- The meat of half of an avocado
- 6 to 8 Broccoli flowers
- 1/3 Red onion
- A Stick of celery
- Spinach leaves, about a handful
- 1 inch ginger root
- Cumin powder
- Bragg liquid aminos
Procedure:
- Lightly steam broccoli flowers for about 5-6 minutes
- Allow the broccoli flowers to slightly cool
- In a food processor, blend broccoli flowers, avocado, red onion, celery stick, spinach leaves, ginger root and cumin powder until smooth
